ARTIST STATEMENT
My work is about capturing a moment in time through creation. I am greatly influenced by this magnificent world and the possibilities that we have as human beings. Our experiences bring forth reality into present time and our desires create our emotional state of well being. When we realize our capabilities and trust in our purpose for being here, we can grow as individuals reaching a potential within ourselves that at one time may have only seemed like a dream.
It is my intention to take the viewer into a new state of awareness with my work. I am interested in linking thought process with emotion. Through balance in color, design and form a narrative can evolve. The layers represent the past, present and future in a time, space, reality that we call life!
